A reimagining of a high end client center and work space, with a typically traditional set program of a small client facing section and a larger workplace section. With changes brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic, the space planning transformed to blend these two spaces and provide a much more expansive client service center with offerings of curated libraries, meeting rooms with more residential-style layouts, and coffee and bar amenities available for visitors. Charged with full re-programming through construction completion, including selection of furniture and coordinating accessories and artwork.
This project received Best In Category for INworkplace Mid at the 2022 IIDA Northern Pacific INAwards, as well as recognized as an Honoree for Interior Design Magazine’s Best of Year 2023 in the Small Corporate Office category.
