Programming through completion of an expansion floor of an existing site. At over 100,000 SF of space, this site spans one full Manhattan city block and presented a unique challenge in terms of wayfinding and navigation through such an expansive space.
Special detail was taken in coordinating the architectural finishes with experiential graphics to make the wayfinding a key and intuitive feature of the design, while also keeping a cohesive design aesthetic to the existing adjacent floors.
