Heavenspot Restaurant. Named after locations of graffiti in hard-to-reach places (rooftops, freeway signs, etc). Restaurant features enclosed dining areas, feature graffiti in booth seating, and spot lit dining in an overall dark and intimate space.
Kings and Queens Bar and Lounge. An homage to "writers" especially respected among the graffiti-art community, known by peers as Kings or Queens. Dark finishes offset with brightly color furnishings create drama similarly found in graffiti. Ornate frames hung intermittently on the walls highlight strategic pieces of the graffiti murals, elevating the street art to high art in this night spot.
A view of the main lobby for TAG hotel. With a nod to Melbourne's architectural past, the Victorian column and ornate chandelier mix well with the industrial and raw elements in this lobby. Gridded floor pattern and ceiling feature create a stylized way finding element to help guests orient themselves on Melbourne's city grid.
