Arm seattle
16,562 SF | Seattle, WA
Provided full design services from site selection through construction administration, this full-floor workplace marks a tech titan’s expansion into Seattle. The design concept, “Living Circuit,” draws parallels between nature and technology, envisioning the workplace as a living network connecting people, ideas, and community.
The plan responds to the building’s unique rhomboid geometry through concentric zones of activity, linking open work areas, collaboration spaces, amenities, and social destinations. Two primary “nodes” bookend the workspace, one designed for active collaboration and the other for quiet focus.
The concept extends into the workplace experience through curated furniture and accessories, experiential graphics, and commissioned murals by two local artists, reinforcing the connection between the company and the Seattle community.
As Lead Designer, I led programming, space planning, concept development, 3D visualization, experiential graphic design coordination, documentation, and construction administration from concept through completion.
